Start with what your environment knows.
Connect approved runbooks, service dependencies, past incidents and live evidence. Managed knowledge and customer-owned graph access are part of the expanded troubleshooting plan.
Connect your customer knowledge, approved agents and support team around one investigation. Carry context forward, keep ownership clear, and make recovery measurable.
Connect cloud, monitoring, ITSM and collaboration tools. Available operations depend on the configured connector; logos do not imply full lifecycle coverage.
Connect evidence, people, agents and approved actions in a single governed workflow.
Connect your agents to trusted evidence, request human input, apply approval policies and verify results—all from one visual workflow.
CaseZero / Workflows / Issue resolutionOur product direction brings investigation, vendor follow-up and recovery evidence into one continuous support workflow.

Use the CaseZero agent foundation and supported external connections. Configurable native, external and hybrid troubleshooting modes are planned, with shared boundaries and budgets.
Planned lifecycle automation will open supported vendor cases, answer permitted questions and involve your team from the workflow-selected Teams conversation. Independent recovery checks remain the completion gate.
Build around the complete support effort: finding evidence, choosing the next step, coordinating expertise and establishing what actually recovered.

Open the portal ↗Collecting evidence, repeating context and chasing the next response consume active support time.
Incident facts live across dashboards, chat, ITSM tickets, cloud APIs and manual notes. CaseZero connects the investigation rather than replacing those tools.
Start with permitted diagnostics and reviewed knowledge. Preserve provenance and pass the work forward without a second investigation.
The expanded support lifecycle will track the next question, evidence needed and response owner, with your internal team involved when its judgment is required.
CaseZero separates read-only diagnosis from authorized production changes. The cloud identity defines what is technically possible; the CaseZero policy engine determines when execution is permitted.
Target lifecycle: understand, investigate, coordinate, act and verify. Full vendor correspondence, workflow-selected Teams case management and sustained verification are planned extensions, subject to integration testing.
Monitoring events and ITSM tickets enter a durable resolution record.
Gather relevant, scoped live evidence and reviewed runbooks.
Bring an approved specialist, internal expert or vendor into the workflow.
Run customer-approved steps with policy checks.
Check recovery criteria, retain the evidence and follow up when the issue persists.
Estimate the value of time returned from investigation and vendor follow-up. Start with the illustrative inputs, then replace them with your own assumptions.
Released capacity is not automatically a cash or headcount reduction. This model excludes downtime, vendor waiting time and support-plan savings. It does not promise a product result.
Monthly hours returned = cases × coverage × (investigation minutes × investigation reduction + vendor-case share × vendor follow-up minutes × vendor reduction) ÷ 60. Percentages are converted to fractions.
Capacity value = hours × loaded hourly cost. Recurring net = capacity value − incremental monthly operating cost. First-year net = 12 × recurring net − one-time setup cost. Setup break-even = setup cost ÷ positive recurring net; it is unavailable when recurring net is zero or negative.
Conservative uses half your two effort-reduction assumptions. Base uses them as entered. Upside multiplies them by 1.25, capped at 100%. These are sensitivity scenarios, not probability ranges or industry benchmarks. All other inputs stay fixed.
Use nonoverlapping active person-minutes and a representative cohort. The same vendor-case mix is assumed in covered and uncovered cases. Vendor automation is a planned capability; use 0% vendor reduction if it is outside your tested scope. No CaseZero price is implied by this calculator.
Configure your organization, choose the services and evidence sources in scope, and authorize the exact workflows you want CaseZero to operate.
Create happy-path traffic, authentication-boundary probes, or availability checks for publicly callable regional/API/gateway endpoints.
Deploy the CaseZero Customer Cloud Gateway inside the customer AWS/GCP environment. Configure and maintain the gateway from this portal; cloud-native IAM/service-account permissions remain in the customer account.
Choose exactly which supported CaseZero action may run on which resource. Saving an access manifest does not grant cloud permissions; download and run the generated least-privilege script in the customer tenant, then validate the identity from CaseZero.
CaseZero evaluates this policy independently of cloud-native alerting. A match produces a normalized signal and starts the linked scenario after cooldown checks.
CaseZero keeps a reference to the Foundry project and persisted agent. It does not copy the agent's prompt/model/tools.
CaseZero discovers the server's tools and imports only tool metadata. Credentials are encrypted and tool calls remain governed by CaseZero policy.
